About Moon River Ranch

Moon River Ranch grows premium saffron with purpose—a crop that enriches both nature and the people who use it. Discover our story since fall 2025. 

After doing much research the risk to invest in saffron corms was made. Wanting to start a business with a positive product and minimal impact on the environment saffron is the direction Moon River Ranch decided to take. 

Starting off small and hoping to grow our business as more and more awareness is being made. 

What started as a simple curiosity about growing saffron has become something much more meaningful. Being drawn to its beauty, its rarity, and the slow, intentional process it requires. Every thread is harvested by hand, with care and presence.

Alongside growing saffron, time is spent here with horses, in the greenhouse, and creating a life that feels grounded, peaceful, and connected.

This space is an extension of that life.
